Yes, COD is available nationwide. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives. Please check the parcel in front of the rider where the courier allows it.

Yes. Unstitched khaddar has a 15 day window, stitched pieces have 7 days. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Unstitched fabric that has been cut cannot be returned.

Three unstitched pieces: the shirt fabric, the trouser fabric and a printed shawl. The suit is not stitched — you get the fabric to have it tailored as you like.

Yes. Every product page states exactly what the piece is made of — khaddar, raw silk, silk or rabbit wool blend — and what comes in the set. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering.

Once your parcel is booked with the courier we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp.

Yes, free of charge any time before the parcel is dispatched. Once it has been booked with the courier it must be handled as a return instead.
