Products and colours
We photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting and the fabric dye lot. A small variation of this kind is not considered a fault.
Sizing
Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Measurements may vary by up to an inch between pieces. Choosing the wrong size is handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.
Prices and stock
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item sells out after you order it, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a store credit or a full refund.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud or repeated refusal of COD parcels.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once a parcel has been booked with the courier it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and the prepaid methods shown at checkout. For prepaid orders, the order is dispatched once payment is confirmed on our side.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All photographs, designs and text on this website belong to Aysh Collection and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
