We deliver across Pakistan. Here is what to expect after you place an order.
Free delivery
Delivery is free nationwide on every order. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Order confirmation
Once you place an order, we contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm it before dispatch. Please keep your number reachable — unconfirmed orders are held for 2 days and then cancelled.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next working day.
Delivery time
- Lahore: 1–2 working days
- Punjab — Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sialkot and other cities: 2–3 working days
- Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta: 2–4 working days
- Smaller towns and remote areas: 3–5 working days
Tracking
Once your parcel is booked, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Please check the parcel in front of the rider where the courier allows it. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
Wrong address or unreachable
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or you could not be reached, we may ask for advance payment before reshipping.
